Schagrin Associates is pleased to announce that Justin Neuman has joined our firm as an associate. Mr. Neuman joins us after more than a decade working at the International Trade Administration at the United States Department of Commerce, where he focused on administering the antidumping and countervailing duty laws in an effort to provide relief to U.S. domestic industries facing unfair foreign competition. Mr. Neuman's work has emphasized the enforcement of countervailing duty laws in particular.
Most recently, Mr. Neuman served as the lead analyst on the second-largest countervailing duty investigation in Commerce history. At Commerce, Mr. Neuman conducted numerous other proceedings across a wide range of industries facing competition from unfairly dumped or subsidized products imported from around the world. We are pleased that Mr. Neuman is able to bring his extensive experience to Schagrin Associates where he can continue to defend and promote U.S. industry.
Mr. Neuman is licensed to practice law in Ohio. He is not admitted to D.C. Bar, and his practice is currently limited to proceedings before federal courts and agencies.
