Jason joined Schagrin Associates in 2026 after serving as an attorney at both the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and the U.S. Department of Commerce.  At the ITC and Commerce, he advised on legal matters in trade remedy proceedings and defended the agencies’ determinations in those proceedings in litigation.

Prior to his government service Jason was in private practice, including as an Associate in the international trade group of a multinational law firm.

Mr. Miller is licensed to practice law only in New York. His practice is limited to matters before federal courts and agencies.
