Nicholas Phillips

Nicholas joined Schagrin Associates after three years as a litigation associate at a New York law firm representing clients in manufacturing, agriculture, transportation, consumer retail, and other sectors in state and federal courts throughout the country. He also advised clients on a variety of international trade law issues including Section 301 exemptions, supply chain due diligence, and tariff circumvention.

Nicholas has authored articles for national publications concerning trade law and policy. During law school, he interned at the United States Trade Representative in the Office of the General Counsel.

Mr. Phillips is licensed to practice law only in New York. His practice is limited to matters before federal courts and agencies.
