Schagrin Associates Welcomes Jason Miller to the Firm

Schagrin Associates is pleased to announce the addition of Jason Miller to our team.

Jason joins the firm after serving as an attorney at both the U.S. international Trade Commission (ITC) and the U.S. Department of Commerce.  At the ITC and Commerce, he advised on legal issues in trade remedy proceedings and defended the agencies’ determinations in those proceedings in litigation.

Prior to his government service Jason was in private practice, including as an Associate in the international trade group of a multinational law firm.   

Jason began his legal career as an attorney with the World Intellectual Property Organization, a specialized United Nations agency.
