We work with U.S. Customs and Border Protection to ensure that relief in the form of antidumping and countervailing duties or other measures is effectively enforced at the border and that foreign producers and exporters trying to evade the trade remedy laws are held accountable. We represent clients bringing Enforce and Protect Act (“EAPA”) investigations and other enforcement actions before U.S. Customs to protect the integrity of antidumping and countervailing duty orders once obtained. We also assist clients in ensuring that they have correctly classified their products for tariff purposes, that they have determined the appropriate country of origin of their products, and that they have valued their products in a manner consistent with U.S. customs law.
