BREAKING: Schagrin Associates Secures Victory in Steel Racks Case

The U.S. International Trade Commission has unanimously voted in favor of imposing antidumping and countervailing duties in the final phase of the investigation concerning unfairly dumped and subsidized steel racks from China.

Following this affirmative vote, combined antidumping and countervailing duties ranging from 19.56% to 246.73% will be imposed on imported steel racks from China.

These investigations were initiated upon petitions filed by Schagrin Associates on behalf of the Coalition for Fair Rack Imports in June 2018.
