Acting on a petition filed by Schagrin Associates on behalf of Vallourec Star, LP, the U.S. International Trade Commission on April 1, 2021 voted unanimously that a U.S. industry is materially injured by reason of imports of seamless carbon and alloy standard, line and pressure pipe from Czechia.

As a result of this affirmative determination, the U.S. Department of Commerce will issue an antidumping duty order imposing duties of 51.07 percent on imports of these products from Czechia.
