Schagrin Associates Recognized by U.S. Customs & Border Protection for Combatting Customs Fraud

U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) recognized a number of entities for their efforts to combat customs fraud with a “2020 Partnership Award.” Schagrin Associates is honored to be the lone law firm to receive this recognition for its efforts to “assist with investigations into importation violations in an effort to protect U.S. consumers.”

During 2020 Schagrin Associates worked on behalf of a variety of clients to address potential trade violations through both e-allegations and under the Enforce & Protect Act.
