David DePrest

David DePrest has been working as a trade consultant since 2011. He has conducted qualitative and quantitative analyses of statistics including sales and cost data for antidumping proceedings as well as general trade data regarding imports and exports of merchandise. He has also written tools to facilitate the rapid analysis of both the data provided and the programs used by the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration and by other participating firms in antidumping investigations and reviews.

 

Prior to entering the field of international trade, Mr. DePrest worked as a free-lance programmer. He has written programs and put together data-management architecture on a commission basis in several different fields and has produced for general sale tools to assist builders of virtual environments.
