Schagrin Associates is pleased to announce the addition of Connor Murphy as Deputy Director of Government Affairs. Connor joins us from his current position as Legislative Director for Congressman Bill Johnson, a seven term Member of the House of Representatives who represented Northeast Ohio and served as a subcommittee chair of the House Energy and Commerce Committee.
Connor is a 2017 graduate of Penn State, where he majored in Economics and minored in Political Science. Prior to his position as Legislative Director, he served as a Policy Advisor handling International Trade issues. After Penn State, Connor worked for Rep. Johnson both in his Washington office and as his Political Director during the 2018 campaign cycle. He then spent two years working for Senator Joni Ernst of Iowa before rejoining Congressman's Johnson's legislative staff.
