Geert De Prest

Geert De Prest has practiced international trade law since 1985. Mr. De Prest has extensive trade litigation experience, in particular before the Department of Commerce, the Court of International Trade, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Mr. De Prest’s professional experience covers work for a number of U.S. industries, including:

Mr. De Prest was co-chairman at the subcommittee for international trade at the International Trade Section of the DC Bar, is a co-author in several of the firm's publications on international trade matters, and served as a speaker at Judicial Conferences of the Court of International Trade and the Federal Circuit.
